Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a great location for exploring the Civic area and waterfront. The rooms were comfortable, but there were a few cleanliness oversights with the balcony and bathroom. The service was very helpful and considerate. The dining options could be improved with more variety. Overall, a good value for the price.
My stay at Rydges Newcastle was mostly positive. The room, although in need of maintenance, was still comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The friendly staff really stood out. However, the view was lacking, and some areas needed attention.
I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, right on the harbour with beautiful views. The room setup was a bit cramped with the sofa bed in the lounge but still cozy. The noise from the street was a downside when the local crowd cruised by, but overall, a pleasant stay.
